Imaging Production Time:
Between 2 - 7 Working Days.
Time starts when artwork/photos are received and payment terms are approved.
Orders/Changes:
All orders and changes must be confirmed in writing.
Artwork can be emailed, mailed or faxed (text only creations) when appropriate.

Pictures should be in the form of a JPEG or GIF and of a resolution 72 dpi or greater.
Sorry, we can not accept verbal orders.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped FedEx, with a cold pack when necessary.
Prices do not include shipping.
Cold Packs add $10 to the shipping costs.
Cancellation:
Billed for all work performed to point of cancellation plus $25.00.
Our Guarantee:
We make every effort to reproduce and match the quality of the original images we receive. If the image is small and we are requested to make a larger copy some quality may be lost. FDA approved food colorings are limited slightly in some of their color reproduction qualities, therefore we can not always guarantee exact tone matches. Our refund policy is to replace items that have been damaged in transit.
